• Delivery and tax are included in the price of all physical goods (several food & drink & add-ons with “physical good” in the description) to be fulfilled during an event booking.

• Delivery on services is included for Oakland and San Francisco. For other areas, the travel fee add-on is required.

• 35% is due to book an event of all products, both services and physical, for an event.

• Bookings include all planning, preparation, delivery, setup, and hosting.

• Bookings are fully refundable within 30 days, except within 7 days of event.

• Returns post-event are not accepted.
