Getting Started (Sales & Initial Contact):

When you first reach out, we're on it! We typically respond within 1-2 hours to chat about your preferences and whip up some fantastic recommendations just for you.

After Our Initial Chat (General Inquiries):

Once we've had our first conversation, our usual response time is within 1-2 business days. If it's not super urgent, please allow 1-2 business days for us to get back to you with a comprehensive reply. We promise it's worth the wait!

How We Prioritize Our Awesome Events:

We give a little extra love to clients who have already paid their deposits and whose event dates are coming up soon. It's our way of ensuring every detail is perfect for those immediate adventures!

  • Securing Your Date: A down-payment guarantees your event date! We're committed to fully planning and detailing your event to our "guest experience" satisfaction standards. Your peace of mind is our priority!

  • Events Booked More Than 2 Weeks Out: We'll finalize the core details within 1 week of booking, and then we'll fine-tune everything to perfection in the following days.

  • Events Booked Less Than 2 Weeks Out: We're on a mission to get things done quickly! Core details will typically be finalized within 1-2 days, with fine-tuning completed in another 1-2 days. We're speedy when you need us to be!

For Urgent Matters:

If you have something urgent, please mark it as such in your email, phone call, or text. We'll do our absolute best to respond promptly. For accurate documentation and communication, email is always best. We're also happy to jump on video calls, meet in person (if possible!), or chat on the phone to nail down core details or fine-tune plans—whatever works best for you!

We truly value all our clients and manage our events to accommodate everyone's needs. These methods help us provide the best service and meet industry standards.
